When meeting with the professionals at the Lugash Law Center, it is always their goal to understand the entirety of their clients' solution. By asking questions, they will learn about their clients goals, what position they are currently in, how they got there and why. Through these questions, Spencer Lugash & his staff can evaluate all of their client's options and collaboratively determine which of those options have the best potential to achieve the clients' objectives. It is of the utmost importance for SPencer Lugash that a client is confident in the course of action that is taken and that no lingering doubt exists because they feel that not all their potenital options were explored. Each of these options are looked at and discussed with clients in full detail. When discussing each one, the pros and cons are weighed, giving the client a complete view of the situation. When all options are discussed, together the client and Spencer Lugash can make determinations of what are believed to be the best solutions. From there clients can then make a decision based upon the information that they have.
