Spencer Lugash is a California real estate Broker & real estate attorney with over 20 years experience. A graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, Spencer maintains the Lugash Law Center which specializes in working with homeowners and real estate professionals to help and advise them as to the legal and practical issues surrounding real estate loss mitigation. In 2012 Spencer co-founded Big Block Realty, a flat fee real estate brokerage headquartered in San Diego, CA. Spencer served as COO, General Counsel and Broker of Record of Big Block Realty and was directl responsible for the daily oversight, training and supervision of over 850 real estate agents and thousands of real estate transactions. Spencer succcessfully exited the company in 2018 and now continues to work at his law firm as well as serving on various Boards of Directors, including the San Diego Association of Realtors, Zoom Technologies and the Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center.
Heidi Cafarella has been a licensed real estate agent since October of 1996. In her almost 20 years of experience she has participated in almost every facet of the real estate transaction. In addition to her real estate sales experience, Ms. Cafarella has served with a San Diego based law firm as their senior short sale negotiator since 2006. Ms. Cafarella is an expert in all manner of loss mitigation and has participated in countless short sale and deed in lieu transactions. Heidi is proficient in the art of negotiation, problem solving and deal structuring. She has been praised for her core values of solid work ethic, sustained commitment to her clients and dedication to producing the highest quality work product. Heidi’s commitment to educate her clients and provide them with all the necessary information for them to make informed decisions sets her apart from the average real estate agent.
Having my bachelor’s degree in marketing communication helped me achieve knowledge in effective communication with individuals. Working for Lugash is like working with family.
